Generally, target companies range in revenue from $15 million to $500 million, with a EBITDA of $2 million or greater; however, distressed opportunities are considered.

From our search network, we introduce industry executives to private capital for recapitalization, management buy-outs and buy-ins, family successions, and other ownership transitions.
