The Position: In a new position with a worldwide brand leader in Water Technology, the Southeast Regional Project Manager will establish and build relationships with Architects, Investors, Designers, Developers/Builders and Hotel Operators to deliver results through project specifications, driving increased and enhanced sales with a direct impact on P&L, measurable increase in Project Pipeline, higher conversion ratios and strong successful relationships with key regional decision makers and influencers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call on Architects & Designers, Builders and Developers to establish relationships and develop new project business.
  • Achieve a traceable, quantifiable number and value of specifications and support in converting specifications.
  • Facilitate regional project sales from initial specification through project completion.
  • Initiate actions & decisions to further explore project business potential, and to increase speed of execution and efficiency of processes.
  • Outstanding relationship building within the internal organization and target groups.
  • Participate in regional projects on a teamwork basis.
  • Cooperate closely and cross-functionally in regard to all project-related issues.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record (minimum 5+ years) driving growth through project management specifications.
  • Experience maintaining high level of customer relationships: network of contacts w/ A&D, Builders, Developers.
  • Project Management: planning, specification, procurement, install, service.
  • Ability to work successfully with Rep Agencies.
  • Self-Starter, results-driven, enthusiastic, passionate about brand & product.
  • Highly developed technical aptitude.
  • Knowldegeable of MSO, CRM tools..
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree—business or related.
