Title: Senior Sales Designer
The Company: Our client, a highly respected and well-established showroom in Northern Colorado, is a progressive growth-oriented company representing over 400 manufacturers in multiple product categories. The owners have recently invested in a new showroom facility in a premium location, positioning the company to dominate the Northern region.
The Position:
In a newly created position, the Senior Sales Designer will be responsible for the design and sale of products & projects within the Kitchen & Bath segment, developing business clientele with builders, remodelers, interior designers and homeowners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Outside sales calls, business development
- Client meetings
- Design work, specifications, sales orders
- Project follow-up, ensuring complete client satisfaction
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Kitchen & bath design experience
- Product knowledge — cabinetry, fashion plumbing
- 20/20; Cab-ware
- Project specification/bid/quote/contract
Competencies
- Proven track record of successful design and sales growth
- Understanding of top & bottom link issues, margins, profitability
- Project follow-through, attention to detail
