The Position

This individual will be responsible for the creation and execution of the boiler program - strategies, and tactics to progressively expand their market share in the U.S. and Canada.  Will be a member of the executive management team creating and executing product/marketing strategy to support sales growth and margin improvement for the business.  Excellent opportunity for upward growth.

The Position

This person will be accountable for delivering P&L results for all product categories and channels.  Lead the development and execution of strategy to build consumer demand, market share, sales, and profitability grounded in deep consumer, product, and market understanding.  The Marketing director leads a cross-functional team to deliver brand strategy, brand and product portfolio management, integrated marketing planning, and pricing strategy and management.  Accountable for delivering innovation strategy and the new product roadmap.  The marketing Director is responsible for collaborating with Sales to develop robust channel strategies and deliver effective programs for channels with specific recommendations for customers.  Responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining Marketing Management talent.
