The Position

This person will contribute significantly to the company's strategic vision for growth.  The Operations Manager will lead the field service team, call center operations and central office functions including procurement and fleet management to delight the customer and achieve growth objectives.  Success in building an efficient customer driven operation in Indianapolis can lead to excellent long-term growth opportunities as the company expands to other regions.

The Position

This person will be accountable for delivering P&L results for all product categories and channels.  Lead the development and execution of strategy to build consumer demand, market share, sales, and profitability grounded in deep consumer, product, and market understanding.  The Marketing director leads a cross-functional team to deliver brand strategy, brand and product portfolio management, integrated marketing planning, and pricing strategy and management.  Accountable for delivering innovation strategy and the new product roadmap.  The marketing Director is responsible for collaborating with Sales to develop robust channel strategies and deliver effective programs for channels with specific recommendations for customers.  Responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining Marketing Management talent.
